Kuroneko Cafe and Shiravune present Cowgirl Maid Milk Cafe, an adult Simulation and Strategy game with management, RPG and casual elements. The hero starts over in a small town where a milk cafe with two cowgirl employees becomes his new business. From this modest beginning, the player builds a larger enterprise step by step. The story mixes daily shop routine with personal relationships that grow together with the company.

Running the shop is a daily routine with a purpose. Employees take orders, serve visitors and produce goods that bring in money. The owner expands the building, installs new equipment and keeps the staff busy. Telling the townsfolk about cowgirl milk improves sales and attracts a steady flow of customers. Every upgrade makes the cafe work better and opens new options for the growing business.

Adventure is the second side of the game. Maids can be armed and sent beyond the town to gather resources and fight through dungeons. Success in the field earns experience and levels up the crew. Cowgirls found in trouble can be saved and trained to join the staff, so the team grows along with the business. Better infrastructure helps both the shop and the expeditions, and planning the route between them is part of the fun.

Relationships shape the experience. Talking to each employee builds trust and unlocks new scenes and dialogue. The adult side of the game is generous, with 58 animated scenes and 53 illustrated scenes to discover. A full run on Normal Mode lasts about seven to eight hours, and the pixel art style keeps every location clear and readable.

The visual direction uses detailed pixel art with smooth animations, especially in the adult scenes. The mood stays cozy on the surface and mature underneath. The game is available in Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese, and it arrived on Steam in August 2026 for an audience that enjoys slow building and adult storytelling.
