Water You Doing

The party location was wrong, the ride broke down, and now the ocean is home. Water You Doing? is an adventure from DiSolve Studios, which develops and publishes the game, and it sets you and your crew adrift in a beat up ship that will serve as your new, musty home. The waters are unforgiving, and the jokes are not going to save you by themselves.

The main antagonist needs no introduction. Physics is the greatest enemy here, and the game lets it do its worst. Falling boulders, sea mines, and dangerous fauna fill the route, along with much, much more. The sea keeps score, and it cheats. Every stretch of water is a problem to solve, and most of those problems would prefer you sunk.

Your answer hangs from the bow. The ship is equipped with a harpoon system built to overcome even the toughest obstacles, and the number of harpoons grows as the journey progresses. A well placed shot saves more than cargo. More harpoons mean more angles, more plans, and more creative approaches to every problem on the water. Improvisation is the real skill tree.

Between dangers, there is a living to make. Fishing is a must on any trip out on the water, and the catch can be sold to keep the crew going. The economy of the voyage stays simple and human: feed everyone, keep the ship floating, and maybe reach wherever the party was supposed to be.

The tone keeps the stakes playful even when the sea does not. It is a crew story about a bad plan that got worse, told through near misses and hard earned progress. It is the kind of voyage you retell badly and fondly. Water You Doing? is an action adventure for players who like their physics brutal, their harpoons plentiful, and their crew loyal.
