Description

As it became known skidrowgamereloaded.co, the action of the game Tartarus will occur in 2230 on the Tartarus spacecraft, caught up in difficult conditions near the planet Neptune. The protagonist, the usual cook, remains practically alone in the huge compartments of the moving ship, and must understand and correct all the problems on the way. Gamers have to explore the neighborhood, hack and repair the ship’s systems, and solve other ingenious riddles. Also, the developers presented a release game trailer, showing its features and visual side.

About This Game

The game is made in a retro-futuristic style, and will have many references to the classic fantasy films of the 1980s. The main character will be the cook Cooper (Cooper), who is completely unfamiliar with equipping the spacecraft. He will be helped by engineer Andrews (Andrews), who will coordinate the actions of gamers on the radio. Together, the heroes must prevent the inevitable accident of the Tartarus ship, which can crash straight into Neptune.

Installation Guide

Step-by-step setup process for CODEX

Open the .iso with a virtual drive program (e.g. Daemon Tools) — on Windows 10/11 a double click mounts it on its own.
Install the game by running setup.exe and following the wizard.
After installation, copy the entire contents of the CODEX folder from the disc into the game folder and agree to replace the files.
Start the game through its usual shortcut, preferably as administrator.

The steam_api64.dll and other files from the CODEX folder are the heart of the release — if your antivirus removes them, restore them from quarantine and exclude the game folder.
CODEX releases run fully offline. For safety, block the game .exe in your firewall so it never tries to reach Steam.
Errors about missing d3dx9_43.dll or MSVCP140.dll mean the runtimes were skipped — install everything from the disc's Redist or _CommonRedist folder.
