I have i5 7300hq gtx 1050 Ti 8 gb ramI got 90+ fps but while I drive I take too much drops for a one-two second. How can I fix this?

Thanks! The game only works perfectly if i run this with administrator (SmartSteamLoader.exe), and disable internet connection. ZenS u have to create a new profile ingame.
