Description

Blackthorn Arena — is a simulation game in which players play the role of owner of a gladiatorial arena. In order for the audience to be quite performances in the arena, players must hire slaves and train gladiators from them, send them for fame to other arenas of the Free Lands, and also develop their own arena in every possible way. This is a rpg game and strategy developed by PersonaeGame Studio for the PC platform. The environment in the game belongs to the style of fantasy, strategy, role-playing game, indie, simulator, meat, violence, complex, nudity.

Installation Guide

Step-by-step setup process for CODEX

Open the .iso with a virtual drive program (e.g. Daemon Tools) — on Windows 10/11 a double click mounts it on its own.
Install the game by running setup.exe and following the wizard.
After installation, copy the entire contents of the CODEX folder from the disc into the game folder and agree to replace the files.
Start the game through its usual shortcut, preferably as administrator.

Having trouble launching the game?

Check these common causes before troubleshooting further.

The steam_api64.dll and other files from the CODEX folder are the heart of the release — if your antivirus removes them, restore them from quarantine and exclude the game folder.
CODEX releases run fully offline. For safety, block the game .exe in your firewall so it never tries to reach Steam.
Errors about missing d3dx9_43.dll or MSVCP140.dll mean the runtimes were skipped — install everything from the disc's Redist or _CommonRedist folder.

Update v2.05:no changelog was posted. Update v2.04:BUG FIXES:1) Fix the bug that the model of the Terrell Armor is not displayed correctly on female characters.2) Fix the bug that the effect of the commander passive skill could not take effect normally.3) Fixed the bug that the armor maintainer trait could not take effect normally.4) Fixed the bug that the thick fur of the shapeshifter did not take effect properly after shapeshifted.5) Fixed the bug that the bonus of the werewolf form did not match the description.6) Fixed the bug that the status icons of the werewolf form and werebear form were displayed incorrectly.7) Fixed a bug that clicking to view a character\'s information in the shapeshifted state would result in failure to return.
