Installation Guide

Step-by-step setup process for CODEX

  1. Open the .iso with a virtual drive program (e.g. Daemon Tools) — on Windows 10/11 a double click mounts it on its own.

  2. Install the game by running setup.exe and following the wizard.

  3. After installation, copy the entire contents of the CODEX folder from the disc into the game folder and agree to replace the files.

  4. Start the game through its usual shortcut, preferably as administrator.

    Update v7.2.0:Fixed an issue where the wrong player name was reported in the inventory screen.Fixed an issue where gamepads could not separately bind the right trigger. This update also includes a major update to the underlying input manager and should provide more comprehensive support to more types of input devices.
