Description

SnowRunner Season 2 Explore and Expand — update available for download. Start your motors, gentlemen. Now you can decorate your favorite truck with stickers and install a figurine on the hood. The novelty appears in the garage of Season Pass holders. The second phase of the update contains the new Canadian region Yukon, where snow-capped valleys, dangerous mountain rivers, treacherous mud pits and exciting new tasks await us. We have to work on this frontier, and be engaged in the extraction of raw materials and use the new mechanics of collecting cargo for the construction of the largest processing plant. In addition, new vehicles will be added, including the CAT 770G, one of the largest trucks in the game at the moment. There will also be new accessories to modify existing vehicles, including exclusive skins, hood ornaments and exterior decals.

NOTES. This release is standalone and includes all content and DLC from our previous releases and updates.

Installation Guide

Step-by-step setup process for CODEX

Open the .iso with a virtual drive program (e.g. Daemon Tools) — on Windows 10/11 a double click mounts it on its own.
Install the game by running setup.exe and following the wizard.
After installation, copy the entire contents of the CODEX folder from the disc into the game folder and agree to replace the files.
Start the game through its usual shortcut, preferably as administrator.

Having trouble launching the game?

Check these common causes before troubleshooting further.

The steam_api64.dll and other files from the CODEX folder are the heart of the release — if your antivirus removes them, restore them from quarantine and exclude the game folder.
CODEX releases run fully offline. For safety, block the game .exe in your firewall so it never tries to reach Steam.
Errors about missing d3dx9_43.dll or MSVCP140.dll mean the runtimes were skipped — install everything from the disc's Redist or _CommonRedist folder.
