Description

Maquette — is an interesting recursive puzzle game where you will find yourself in an unusual world. All objects and living things here can simultaneously be very tiny and unimaginably large, which confuses even experienced lovers of miracles. Embark on an exciting journey through unusual locations where you can feel like a giant and at the same time observe the constant growth of everything that surrounds you. You will find many interesting puzzles and riddles related to spatial anomalies.

About This Game

Use your knowledge, collected objects or the surrounding reality to find answers to your questions. You will overcome obstacles, climb the highest walls or squeeze through the narrowest cracks. The answer to each puzzle is obvious, you just need to look at the puzzle from a different angle. Along the way, you will have the opportunity to enjoy magnificent landscapes and appreciate the stunning difference between tiny and gigantic objects that change right before your eyes. Move forward, not stopping in front of obstacles, and find the only way that will lead to the goal.

Installation Guide

Step-by-step setup process for CODEX

Open the .iso with a virtual drive program (e.g. Daemon Tools) — on Windows 10/11 a double click mounts it on its own.
Install the game by running setup.exe and following the wizard.
After installation, copy the entire contents of the CODEX folder from the disc into the game folder and agree to replace the files.
Start the game through its usual shortcut, preferably as administrator.

Having trouble launching the game?

Check these common causes before troubleshooting further.

The steam_api64.dll and other files from the CODEX folder are the heart of the release — if your antivirus removes them, restore them from quarantine and exclude the game folder.
CODEX releases run fully offline. For safety, block the game .exe in your firewall so it never tries to reach Steam.
Errors about missing d3dx9_43.dll or MSVCP140.dll mean the runtimes were skipped — install everything from the disc's Redist or _CommonRedist folder.
