Description

FRIGID — is a game-exploration and survival inspired by The Thing movies. The action takes place in the Canadian Arctic region, where as a result of a catastrophic event you enter into a desperate struggle for survival in nature. Climate researchers studying the pollution of Arctic glaciers have found something disturbing in the area. Your task is to find help, find out what they found, and survive the test. Collect everything you can to survive. Use your creativity to collect and create unique items adapted to the harsh Arctic environment, and create tools, weapons and shelters to navigate, hunt and protect from these complex temperatures.

Installation Guide

Step-by-step setup process for P2P Release

No installation is needed — this release is fully pre-installed and ready to play, so you can skip setup wizards and long updates entirely.
Extract the archive (RAR/ZIP) to a short, Latin-only path like C:\Games\GameName using WinRAR or 7-Zip — and never launch the game from inside the archive, as that is the top cause of launch failures.
Launch the game via Run Me!.bat (or the main .exe file) in the game folder. If nothing happens, right-click it and choose Run as administrator.

Having trouble launching the game?
