Description
Clunky Hero — is a fast-paced, story-driven platformer with RPG elements and a great sense of humor. Your hero, a simple village bumpkin Rufus, has an insidious villain kidnapping his beloved wife. He hides her in his castle, from which it is almost impossible to get out. Rufus is determined to rescue his beloved, he even makes himself a helmet from an ordinary bucket and picks up a broom. For this equipment, the villagers called your ward the Clumsy Hero, but even this offensive nickname is not able to stop him. You must help Rufus get to the walls of the ominous castle and destroy the dark wizard in order to free his wife and save the village from death.
Get out on the road and embark on a dangerous journey through many unexplored locations. You will have to fight enemies, simultaneously pumping your combat skills and picking up more powerful weapons. Overcome obstacles and difficult trials that you will have to endure on the way to the sorcerer’s castle. It is here that the final battle will await you, the outcome of which will determine the further fate of not only your hero, but also his native village.

Clunky Hero — is a beautiful, addicting, and very interesting metroidvania-platformer in which you have to plunge into the adventure of the most ordinary guy who went to save his beloved. The events of the game begin to take place exactly at the very moment when the beloved of the protagonist is kidnapped by a mysterious villain. Why he did this and what he is going to do next is not clear. But the fact is on the face the main character needs to hit the road and save her. You will have to help him in this difficult matter. Put the bucket on your head, grab the broom, and hit the road. It would be worthwhile to immediately say that in this game the emphasis is on humor and parodic moments. Take even the main character, a knight, who has a bucket on his head instead of a helmet, and a broom instead of a sword or spear.
But he is not the only eccentric in this world. On the way, you will encounter many other absurdities. For example, you will be attacked by bad knights with huge heads in giant helmets, unusual trolls. As you travel through the locations, you will not only have to survive and fight against various enemies, but also explore locations in order to find secrets and bonuses, and collect coins, which will then come in handy in one of the shops along the way, and solve puzzles. The gameplay is literally oversaturated with tasks, goals and various additional processes, and believe me, the further you go, the more of all this will be. Clunky Hero is a typical platformer, made in the style of metroidvania. Fight numerous enemies, go through dangerous levels, meet dozens of unusual characters, including merchants and just strangers, and just have fun enjoying the comic, humorous atmosphere.
