About This Game

The graphics Call of Saregnar are charmingly old-school, all of the characters are photographs and footage of real actors with whom you can interact, see them in the world and fight with them. The combat system is a turn-based hex grid with many tactical options. The game also has a magical system based on gods and divine favor, which is truly unique and exciting. Overall, the game has a very relaxing pace, and playing it is like reading a good novel; you will feel right at home. Call of Saregnar uses low-poly 3D graphics from the 90s with detailed textures, and the characters you encounter are made from thousands of frames of real actors.

Installation Guide

Step-by-step setup process for P2P Release

No installation is needed — this release is fully pre-installed and ready to play, so you can skip setup wizards and long updates entirely.
Extract the archive (RAR/ZIP) to a short, Latin-only path like C:\Games\GameName using WinRAR or 7-Zip — and never launch the game from inside the archive, as that is the top cause of launch failures.
Launch the game via Run Me!.bat (or the main .exe file) in the game folder. If nothing happens, right-click it and choose Run as administrator.

Having trouble launching the game?

Check these common causes before troubleshooting further.

Install the required runtimes if the game reports a missing DLL or fails to start: Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (x86 and x64) and DirectX Runtime. If the release includes a Redist or _CommonRedist folder, check it first.
Check Windows Security quarantine if files are missing after extraction. Restore only files you trust, then add the game folder to exclusions if necessary.
Use a short Latin-only folder path, for example C:\Games\GameName. Avoid Cyrillic characters, very long paths and special symbols.
Run the game from its main executable after extraction. If nothing happens, try Run as administrator and check the full FAQ for the exact error message.
