Nightfall Comes

Nightfall Comes is a post-apocalyptic roguelike action game developed by BlueTale. In a world where civilization has collapsed and monsters roam free, survivors gather in a castle, each with a unique past and goals. Players control four different characters, each with their own playstyle and skill set, ranging from defense to reckless attack. The game features a skill-based combat system, where players can choose and upgrade abilities through glyphs and character leveling. Scrolls and relics provide additional options to overcome difficult challenges.

Although death results in a loss of progress, players can unlock permanent upgrades to their shelter, discover artifacts, and find ways to speed up future quests. Nightfall Comes combines randomized elements with a fixed structure. The layout of the castle remains the same, but the enemies and environments change with each expedition. At each node, players must make strategic choices to determine their path forward. The game features cinematics that reveal the characters backstories, powerful boss battles, random champions, and a variety of monsters to face.

About This Game

Fight your reckless enemies every four characters with a different style of play. You can choose and use the skills of each character. Each skill can be enhanced in different ways with the help of glyphs and increase productivity by increasing the level of each character. If you lose the battle, you lose progress and return to your refuge, but it means a complete reset. You can unlock permanent reinforcements in hiding, discover new artifacts, or find ways to expedite further research. The environment and enemies encountered in each expedition may be different, but the structure of the castle remains the same. You can also find a new path in the castle. And you have to choose the direction of movement every time you meet the next node.
