Description
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 4 is a new part of the famous series from Infinity Ward and a direct sequel to Modern Warfare III. A full-scale invasion of the Korean Peninsula, Captain Price leading the war from the shadows, and multiplayer returning to the ground battle. North Korea is launching an invasion that threatens to upset the equilibrium around the world. In the center of events, a young detachment of South Korean soldiers trying to survive on a collapsing front, and U.S. Marines stationed in Seoul. These are not faceless extras: fighters from 18 to 25 years old have names, characters and their own stories. In parallel, Captain Price leads his war in the shadows, always one step ahead of those who follow his trail, and Valeria Garza appears next to him again.
The campaign is divided into three acts and consists of thirteen missions that take the player through Seoul, New York, and Paris. Infinity Ward is betting on a down-to-earth in the spirit of news reports, instead of superheroes, ordinary soldiers, instead of pathos, the feeling of a real war that can begin at any moment. Network battles have returned to the roots of Modern Warfare: movement without unnecessary acrobatics, heavy tangible weapons and a balance between speed and responsiveness.
In the Arms Deal mode, five-for-five teams earn money for killing and completing goals and purchase equipment between rounds, and everyone has only one life. Frontline six by six is arranged differently: teams revive on their bases and push the front line. The DMZ mode returns and the operatives are sent to Hajin, the South Korean exclusion zone, to retrieve abandoned technology and weapons from there after the accident at the nuclear reactor.
