Description
Football Academy Director is a sports strategy simulation game where the player takes on the role of a youth football academy director, fully managing the journey of future sports stars across various youth squads. Unlike traditional football managers, the game focuses entirely on nurturing young talent: you are responsible for scouting and recruiting promising children, organizing seasonal training camps, designing custom tactics for different age groups, upgrading facilities, and climbing the youth league pyramids to win prestigious championship trophies. The ultimate objective is to build a highly successful, self-sustaining academy, successfully transition your graduates into senior professional football, and continue tracking their subsequent global careers and achievements in the big leagues.
