Run your hospital and build special bonds! Grow trust and affection through daily management and private interactions, and uncover the secrets beneath their white coats. 9 adult women, 25 date locations, 27 dating stories, 20 CGs, 27 HCG scenes per character, and 153 collectible staff photos!

Greetings, Directors!

Thank you for continuously reporting issues and sharing feedback. We have been carefully collecting all suggestions and constantly improving the game.

We have deployed an emergency fix for the nurse hiring bug (showing "already owned" when recruiting, recruited nurses turning into doctors). The issue is now resolved.

We will keep optimizing tutorials, leveling pacing, map interactions, overnight mechanics and CG-related content in upcoming updates.

Update Details:

1.Added HCG Gallery Feature

Access the HCG Gallery from both the main menu and the office level selection screen to review your collected content anytime.

2.Added Hire List Refresh Function

Spend resources to refresh the hire list, making it easier to recruit your desired staff.

3.Added Staff Current Room Display

The staff list now shows which room each employee is currently assigned to for clearer overview.

4.Added Remove-from-Room Button

A new button in the staff list lets you quickly remove employees from their current room for easier scheduling.

5.Optimized Minigame Trigger & Camera Experience

Added a waiting duration for minigame triggers to prevent missing them. Clicking notification messages speeds up camera movement to reduce waiting frustration.

Hospital Rhapsody Update Patch Notes - November 3, 2026

Greetings, Directors!

Based on recent player feedback and suggestions, we have released this small update to fix reported issues and improve overall gameplay experience.

Update Details:

Optimized progression pace after Level 10

Reduced the time required to level up beyond Level 10, speeding up character progression for a smoother growth experience.

Fixed character getting stuck in the Dialysis Room

Resolved an issue where characters would wander in place inside the Dialysis Room with no thought bubbles and no actions.

Increased chances of obtaining camera materials

Greatly increased the trigger rate of obtaining new photos and videos when using the camera at Level 15 and above, making it easier for Directors to collect desired content.
