Description

Partyforge Idle is an engaging, strategic idle RPG where you take command of military expeditions, leading squads of heroes across endless battlefronts. The game centers on constantly pushing forward through dangerous, themed zones, where your loyal companions battle monsters to gather gold, runes, and valuable Glory Tokens. Your primary objective is to strategically select unique fighters from a vast roster, develop them comprehensively via a global skill tree, and build synergies that allow for the automatic clearing of entire regions without constant manual intervention.

The core gameplay revolves around the smart management of multiple three-character combat groups; you personally control only one active vanguard, while dispatching other teams to autonomous garrison duties. Battles unfold automatically, yet success hinges on tactical chains of status effects such as one hero applying crowd control or debuffs to an enemy, followed instantly by another dealing massive combo damage against that vulnerability. Thanks to a robust offline progression system, expeditions continue to gather loot even when the app is closed, allowing you to return primarily to upgrade your base, synthesize mythical runes, engage in asynchronous PvP arena duels, and tackle massive world boss raids.

Installation Guide

Step-by-step setup process for Pre-installed (Portable)

  1. No installation is needed — the game comes fully pre-installed and ready to play.

  2. Extract the RAR / ZIP archive with WinRAR or 7-Zip into any folder, for example C:\Games\GameName.

  3. Launch the game via Run Me!.bat (or the main .exe file) inside the game folder.

Damage Meter

The damage meter is now a full combat analysis tool. Expand the meter and select a party member to see their breakdown.

New tabs: Damage, Healing, Damage Taken, Buffs, and Deaths.
Damage: casts and hits per skill, normal vs. critical damage, and how much each combo tier added.
Healing & Damage Taken: healing and overhealing per source and party member; what hit you hardest and which effects reduced the damage.
Deaths: see the moments leading up to a death, with a short summary when the cause is clear.
Icons and effect summaries on every entry; hold Shift for the full description.
More combat history is kept, and it now persists after restarting the game.

Combat

Edict of Dread: damage reduction per level increased from 4% to 5%.
Stunned or rooted party members now stop immediately, and slows now correctly reduce movement.

Fusion

“Damage to enemies under a status effect,” “Critical hit: heal % of max Health,” and “Link damage” are stronger.

Frontier · Edicts

Spent points can now be refunded one at a time. Right-click a node or use the “−” button to mark it, then apply.

Altar of Calamity

Loot find now also applies to Calamity-Tainted loot.
Calamity-Tainted loot descriptions are clearer.

Other

The Options window has been reorganized.

Fusion
- Heroic, Legendary, and Mythic options are stronger. Higher grades clearly give better effects.

Boss Crystals
- A global bonus is shown at the top of Boss Crystals.
- Region cards and tooltips show the final multiplier applied in that region.

Rewards
- The bundle slot in offline rewards and the garrison report shows every rune type, shard, and spoil you received.
- Fixed Rust runes dropping at an uneven rate.

Fixes
- Fixed tooltips staying on screen after the window was closed.

- Leaderboard: your rank is now always shown, along with the players around you and the gap to the next rank.
- Confirmation added when retrieving or destroying a socketed item, and when fusing with higher-grade materials.

    The game unpacks correctly, but after launching, it stops at the "loading data" screen and doesn't proceed any further. @Skigameco,
