Resident Evil Code: Veronica X HD continues the Redfield family story and takes the action to a remote island, where Claire is captured after attempting to infiltrate Umbrella's compound. Soon, the prison is attacked by unknown creatures, and the familiar prison grounds turn into a living nightmare. Now, Claire must find a way to escape the island, understand what's happening, and discover the role of this story is played by the mysterious Ashford family. After escaping, Claire explores abandoned premises, military installations, and other parts of Roquefort Island. Encounters with infected people and mutated creatures make you pay attention to each step. Ammunition and healing items are limited, so you have to decide when to join the battle and when it is better to bypass the enemy. As the story progresses, cr Chris Redfield joins the events, and must continue his search for his sister and face the dangers associated with Umbrella.
The gameplay revolves around exploring locations, finding key items, and solving puzzles. Many doors are locked, and to advance, you need to find special keys and interact with mechanisms.
