Description
The Last Flight is a game about survival and traveling by plane in a world after a global catastrophe. Mankind has found itself scattered across remote islands that have become the last relatively safe places, and the connection between settlements rests on a fragile digital infrastructure. The protagonist discovers an abandoned plane and begins to gradually bring it back to life, collecting the necessary parts and exploring the world.
The aircraft becomes the main research tool and at the same time the main development goal. It must be repaired, missing parts found and gradually prepared for new flights. Flights allow you to connect remote islands and go where it is impossible to reach in the usual ways. Finding parts becomes a constant part of survival, and plotting a route helps you decide where to go next. Outside the familiar islands, there may be a way further, so each serviceable departure brings the hero closer to unknown territories.
Even after restoring the aircraft, you will not be able to relax, since the character's condition directly affects the safety of travel. You need to control your own needs and mental state, maintain sobriety and make sure that you do not make dangerous decisions during the flight. Internet becomes a rare link with the rest of humanity: through it you can buy parts, conduct correspondence, browse the sites of the destroyed world, respond to letters and pay for connection. Behind the external atmosphere of the abandoned world, the hero's past is gradually felt, which is able to overtake him even during the attempt to gain freedom.
