The core gameplay mechanics are entirely built around stealth, room exploration, and solving intricate environmental puzzles for the sake of survival. The terrifying nun possesses phenomenal hearing, meaning that any careless movement, dropped item, or loud step will instantly attract her attention and cause her to rush to your location with a massive hammer.
