Description

ZERO Sievert 2 is a top-down PvE extraction shooter where you enter a raid, collect loot, and try to escape alive. The core loop revolves around the Hunt: entering the map, searching for resources, encountering enemies, and deciding at any moment to turn around and leave with what you've already found.

The map is never completely clear. The layout changes, but landmarks remain, so you have to keep your routes in mind and navigate quickly. Weather and events can interfere as you go: fog reduces visibility, night makes movement difficult, and sudden factional conflicts can draw you into unprepared combat. Any foray can easily spiral out of control if you linger too long.

Anomalies add another layer of risk. Moving without checking often results in death, so you have to act carefully and check your route. However, valuable resources lie nearby, necessitating risk. Relics enhance your character, but using them requires caution, otherwise you could suffer serious consequences right during the Hunt.
