Construction Simulator

Construction Simulator is the continuation of a series of games about driving cars on construction sites. The Weltenbauer studio is responsible for the creation of this game. When creating levels in the game, they were inspired by locations from the USA and Germany. In our role as site manager, we operate the machines as we see fit, negotiate new contracts with companies and complete them on time. The whole game takes place on two completely open maps, dotted with locations where we complete tasks. While working, we have to adapt to the current weather conditions and time of day, because the game has a dynamic day and night system.

About This Game

We have more than 70 different machines at our disposal, from trucks, excavators to huge cranes. Their appearance and functionality was based on equipment that exists in the real world: the developers have added 9 new licenses, including Doosan, DAF and Cif licenses, to the licenses from the previous parts, bringing their total number to 25. We have 90 different contracts to complete, in within which we build both residential and commercial buildings, as well as roads and bridges, leaving an indelible mark on the world presented in the game. Depending on the vehicle, the camera position changes, so some work is done from an FPP perspective, others from a TPP perspective, and still others from top to bottom.

Most activities involve placing figures on the ground, placing elements in the correct order, or transporting building materials from a warehouse to a construction site. As we fill orders, our company grows, which allows us to get better contracts, buy new equipment and hire new employees. We can play the game alone or with four players in cooperative mode. The developers have provided for the possibility of playing between users of both old and new generation consoles. Construction Simulator draws attention with faithfully reproduced machines and construction site conditions. The game also offers an extensive earth physics system that we dig into, faithfully reproducing its behavior under the influence of our technology.
