CALLUS is a short but razor-sharp psychological horror from EMIKA Games, where every step through your mother's apartment echoes with the weight of memories. You're not running from monsters or solving puzzles you're simply walking, looking, remembering. The setting is painfully familiar: a worn sofa, old photos, the smell of dust. But beneath this ordinariness lies something wrong, something disturbing. The attachment here isn't love, but pressure, control, the scars of childhood that never heal. The game lasts just over half an hour, but it makes the most of every minute.

Jump scares aren't so much visual as contextual they emerge from silence, from staring too long into a mirror, from a voice that sounds too close. Theres no AI, no complex mechanics just you, the space, and what you notice in it. And you can notice a lot or almost nothing depending on whether you're willing to look. You'll encounter more than just numerous jump scares. A glimpse into the space between reality and trauma, where horror is not in the blood, but in the silence. Even if the game seems short or unspoken, it leaves a mark. Especially if you know it could be a farewell.
