"Italian Pizza Simulator" is a cooking and management simulation developed by Games Incubator and published by PlayWay S.A. together with the studio itself. The story begins in a small Tuscan village that lost its heart. Long ago the settlement was warm and vibrant, like the vineyards around it. The pizzeria that once united everyone closed down, and with the Grandmother gone, the player must pick up the rolling pin and bring the joy back.

The pizzeria comes fully equipped for the work. Every ingredient local to Tuscany can be stocked, from fresh produce to herbs. The cool basement keeps the supplies fresh, while the kitchen enjoys enough natural Tuscan light to maintain the herbs. Players gather, cut, and chop the ingredients for their favorite toppings, preparing each pizza with their own hands.

Making the pizza follows a step by step process. The dough is rolled out with the rolling pin, and the sauce is spread with a wooden spoon. Every stage needs attention and care. The final touch comes from Grandma's original wood fired pizza oven, which bakes the pies to perfection. Finished pizzas go into custom made boxes for delivery.

Customers form a big part of the experience. The village is full of colorful characters, and all of them want one thing: a good pizza. Serving them well builds the reputation of the new pizzaiolo. As the fame grows, people from beyond the village start to visit the shop.
