Gord is a colorful strategy adventure game with cinematic elements and an exciting world based on Slavic mythology. Stand at the head of the tribe of the Dawn and lead your wards through the prepared trials. Move deep into the mysterious lands inhabited not only by frightening monsters, but also by enemy tribes. Start with a small settlement and end up with a gigantic fortress that even the most trained troops will not be able to capture. The project was developed by former The Witcher game designers, and the concept itself is heavily inspired by Rimworld. A distinctive feature was that the title has both a full-fledged story campaign and many scenarios for replay. Advanced artificial intelligence is aimed at constantly generating random events so that the narrative does not resemble the previous race. You will not be able to accurately predict what difficulties await you ahead, which is why players will have to think ahead and quickly change tactics due to dramatically changed circumstances.

About This Game

The key feature of the game was the environment and the living inhabitants of frightening regions. Pay special attention to exploring the area, because the veins in the ore tend to end, and the land will easily become unsuitable for further farming. Look for the best place to place your base and regularly send out the best fighters on a sortie, but be careful, because they will not always be able to return. In addition to pursuing their own goals, players will have to respond to the requests of the inhabitants in order to satisfy their needs. Otherwise, the inhabitants of the camp will be in a bad mood or leave altogether in the hope of finding a better place. Low combat morale will affect not only performance, but also behavior during the battle, as well as the religion indicator. Face on your way not only with physical opponents, but also otherworldly ones. Often, demons will come to you with a variety of requests, and all hope will be solely on the deities protecting you. Read prayers, place altars, and perhaps you will be able to ingratiate yourself with the gods so that they protect the settlement from adversity.
