Combat Directive Napoleonic Wars

Combat Directive Napoleonic Wars is a hybrid strategy-simulation game that combines elements of turn-based strategy and real-time strategy, recreating the epic battles of the Napoleonic era. Players control historically accurate army regiments in 6 detailed campaigns, from the Battle of Preussisch Eylau in 1807 to the conflicts of 1814, with a total of over 150 missions. The game meticulously recreates battlefields on a hexagonal grid, where terrain and unit placement play a decisive role in tactical decisions.

Each regiment has authentic uniforms and capabilities based on their historical counterparts, adding depth to the traditional classifications of infantry, cavalry and artillery. Gameplay emphasizes strategic planning over quick reflexes, allowing players to build historical formations such as squares, columns and battle lines. The deterministic combat system minimizes random outcomes, allowing players to accurately predict the results of their tactical decisions, similar to traditional wargaming.
