Description

Recently, it has become fashionable to call games with the freedom of action sandbox, and so, Factorio is a huge 2D sandbox in which you need to explore a whole planet. Arrange a new planet for settling earthly inhabitants. In the game you need to extract resources, produce the necessary components and supply them for war with the aliens. Your task is to equip the base, establish logistics and, on the whole, organize the invasion of a new planet faster than your enemies. If you like games in which the emphasis is on skillful economic management, then the Factorio game should be exactly installed on your computer.

Installation Guide

Step-by-step setup process for TENOKE

  1. Mount the .iso image — Windows 10/11 mounts it from the right-click menu, otherwise use Daemon Tools or a similar tool.

  2. Run setup.exe from the disc and install the game — Tenoke builds are already cracked, installation is all it takes.

  3. If the disc contains a Tenoke folder, copy its contents into the installed game directory.

  4. Launch the game from the desktop shortcut (as administrator).

Factorio's final major update has rolled off the assembly line, adding "the things we wanted to do for 2.0 but didn't have time for"

In one of the happier endings to occur in games this week, impossibly enormous resource management sim Factorio has just released its last-ever major update – version 2.1 – on its stable branch. As previously heads-upped by developers Wube Software, 2.1 doesn’t make any big new additions to its planets or tech trees, but does sneak in more than 30 quality of life improvements and minor new features for both the base game and its Space Age expansion. Including, they say, "the things we wanted to do for 2.0 but didn't have time for." Nice to get a few final pieces out the door before it closes, eh.

Обновление добавляет новые возможности и улучшения интерфейса, но одновременно знаменует завершение активной разработки крупных изменений для игры, которая за годы существования собрала более 234 тысяч положительных отзывов в Steam.

Разработчики называют патч набором улучшений, которые хотели реализовать ещё в Factorio 2.0, но не успели к релизу. Среди нововведений — возможность запускать ракеты с несколькими разными типами грузов, прокладывать приподнятые железнодорожные пути над грузовыми отсеками и использовать наземные мины для обнаружения врагов и передачи сигналов. Обновление также включает многочисленные небольшие доработки, призванные сделать управление производственными цепочками удобнее.

При этом Wube Software заранее предупреждала, что Factorio 2.1 станет последним крупным обновлением. Это не означает, что игра больше не получит исправлений ошибок и небольших улучшений, однако масштабных изменений игрового процесса в дальнейшем ждать не стоит. Студия уже сообщала, что закладывает основу для следующего проекта, хотя подробностей о нём пока нет.

За время существования Factorio заслужила репутацию одной из самых высокооценённых игр в Steam. Её популярность особенно примечательна на фоне необычной ценовой политики разработчиков: Wube Software принципиально не устраивает распродажи, считая установленную цену справедливой по отношению к тем, кто уже купил игру. В 2023 году стоимость Factorio даже повысили с учётом инфляции.

Выход версии 2.1 завершает важный этап развития проекта, но не отменяет его дальнейшего существования. Теперь Wube Software сможет сосредоточиться на новых задачах, а поклонникам остаётся рассчитывать на поддержку игры и развитие сообщества моддеров.

    For any of you whose mods aren\'t working and are installed in %appdata%/factorio/mods, try moving it to the /mod folder in the root folder of the factorio itself (I\'ve downloaded mine elsewhere). That did the trick for me.
