Update 9

Combat and Inventory Improvements

I’m happy to present the latest Breath of Life update, featuring improvements to the combat system and several small but useful inventory enhancements.

Improved One-Handed Sword Combat:

Combat controls are now more responsive and satisfying. Attacks feel better, and combat controls are now more precise.

Attack speed when wielding a single sword has also been increased, making your character deadlier and improving the overall feel of combat.

Inventory Improvements:

Greater Health and Mana Potions now stack up to 5 instead of 3.

Items intended for dismantling and selling now stack up to 10. These changes will free up more space in your inventory.

Update 8

Build 24022641

I’m happy to present a new update that further improves the gameplay experience.

Alternative Controls

By player request, an alternative control mode with a free camera has been added to the game.

You can now select this new mode in the settings. In this mode, the character attacks the nearest enemy without the camera automatically turning toward the attack direction.

In addition, attack direction now depends on the character’s movement direction. Players can fully control it using the movement keys.

The original control mode with automatic camera rotation remains in the game and is still the default option.

Improved Enemy Movement

Enemy movement has been made smoother and more natural.

Acceleration and deceleration mechanics have been added. As a result, enemies no longer make sudden jumps from a standstill, making their behavior feel more realistic.

Technical Improvements

The control systems and enemy AI have also been updated and improved. This has had a positive impact on overall stability and gameplay quality.
