Broken Lines

Broken Lines is a tactical RPG, we will fall during the Second World War. The game sends us to Eastern Europe, which was engulfed in war in 1944, where an aircraft with eight soldiers crashed behind the enemys line. Without contact with the command and detailed information about the place where they were, the main characters are forced to fight for survival, which requires their close cooperation. Due to the differences between them, the latter can be a serious problem for them. The plot presented in the game has a non-linear structure, and how it will follow and how it will end depends on the decisions made during the game.

About This Game

In Broken Lines, an action is displayed in isometric view. The driving force of the game are the tasks that we undertake. When choosing them, we must remember that our orders are reflected in the morale of our subordinates. If the decisions we make do not correspond to the taste of the soldier as we learn from conversations conducted by the members of the unit, his attitude will become weaker and weaker, which, in turn, may push him to desertion. The battles take place in a step-by-step mode, with the possibility of planning the movements of all soldiers at the same time and their simultaneous execution.

The key to success is primarily the development of effective tactics and the use of opportunities offered by the environment. Soldiers can hide behind shields remember that some of them get damaged over time or use camouflage. In addition, their individual fighting skills play an important role while Elliot prefers to remain quiet, Raymond prefers to attack his enemies with a battle cry on his lips, Andrew uses heavy weapons very well, Rosie copes with barrage fire perfectly and Brenda provides medical assistance to her allies.
