Description

LIT Bend the Light — is a two-dimensional game project developed in the puzzle genre, where you will plunge into an unusual world with special physical laws. The gameplay is quite entertaining, and the graphics are well thought out, which will definitely please fans of the genre. You will find yourself in the vastness of the world, which has prepared quite a few tests, will lead you through light and darkness, and will also encounter rather complicated and intricate puzzles. Show your ingenuity and logical thinking in order to achieve success in a difficult mission.

About This Game

The main thing to consider is the rules of physical interaction with the environment, because it is with their help that you will pass one or another test. The events of the game send you straight to the Renaissance, where you will encounter various light puzzles and independently find a way to solve them. Try to always develop your skills, because the further you advance, the more difficult the tasks will become. The era you are going to have not yet known such a thing as electricity, where you play the role of a talented engineer and try to make your own adjustments to science.

Installation Guide

Step-by-step setup process

No installation is needed — this release is fully pre-installed and ready to play, so you can skip setup wizards and long updates entirely.
Extract the archive (RAR/ZIP) to a short, Latin-only path like C:\Games\GameName using WinRAR or 7-Zip — and never launch the game from inside the archive, as that is the top cause of launch failures.
Launch the game via Run Me!.bat (or the main .exe file) in the game folder. If nothing happens, right-click it and choose Run as administrator.

Having trouble launching the game?

Check these common causes before troubleshooting further.

Install the required runtimes if the game reports a missing DLL or fails to start: Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (x86 and x64) and DirectX Runtime. If the release includes a Redist or _CommonRedist folder, check it first.
Check Windows Security quarantine if files are missing after extraction. Restore only files you trust, then add the game folder to exclusions if necessary.
Use a short Latin-only folder path, for example C:\Games\GameName. Avoid Cyrillic characters, very long paths and special symbols.
Run the game from its main executable after extraction. If nothing happens, try Run as administrator and check the full FAQ for the exact error message.
