Description

Dreadlands — is a turn-based open-world strategy game with elements of PVE and PVP battles. The creators of the game are BlackFox Studios. One of the founders is Peter Nilsson, formerly known for games like Warhammer Vermintide. The game’s plot takes place in a post-apocalyptic and colorful world in the struggle for a local valuable resource — Glonithium. You will find yourself among bandits and mercenaries, you can create your own gang and attack other players or cooperate with players and destroy bandits.

NOTES. Due to the amount of changes to the game files, we decided to make a new standalone.

About This Game

The game has a system of improvements, you can pump your combat skills and improve your equipment. An important feature is the search for artifacts with which to create cool game items. Tasks are performed linearly. Some locations are traps where enemies climb from all sides, and you need to hold out for a while. The arsenal features futuristic melee and ranged weapons that change and upgrade as you progress.

Installation Guide

Step-by-step setup process for CODEX

  1. Open the .iso with a virtual drive program (e.g. Daemon Tools) — on Windows 10/11 a double click mounts it on its own.

  2. Install the game by running setup.exe and following the wizard.

  3. After installation, copy the entire contents of the CODEX folder from the disc into the game folder and agree to replace the files.

  4. Start the game through its usual shortcut, preferably as administrator.
