Paradox Interactive is one of the most popular studios for developing global strategies in real time. Their flagship brainchild Europa Universalis IV for many years, receives regular paid and free updates, improving game mechanics and gameplay. Most recently, developers have announced the thirteenth addition to Europa Universalis IV Rule Britannia. The studio said that it will significantly improve the gameplay for the countries of the British Isles (Scotland, England and Ireland), will add a lot of new chips, such as the industrialization of the provinces, getting bonuses for innovation and much more.

Installation Guide

Step-by-step setup process for CODEX

  1. Open the .iso with a virtual drive program (e.g. Daemon Tools) — on Windows 10/11 a double click mounts it on its own.

  2. Install the game by running setup.exe and following the wizard.

  3. After installation, copy the entire contents of the CODEX folder from the disc into the game folder and agree to replace the files.

  4. Start the game through its usual shortcut, preferably as administrator.
