Description

The Tenants — is a landlord simulator in which you will rent out your property to a wide variety of tenants. Your task is to find a reliable and, what is important, not a problem tenant. Will you rent out your apartment to young students or an older cat lover. Who will be the least problematic. Solve a variety of problems skillfully balancing the wishes of the client and the complaints of neighbors. Personally invent and implement design solutions to increase the attractiveness of your rental housing. You will start your business from small slum apartments. After receiving the money, keep an eye on real estate prices so as not to miss out on profitable deals. Invest in your business to expand it and get even more profit.

Step-by-step setup process for P2P Release

No installation is needed — this release is fully pre-installed and ready to play, so you can skip setup wizards and long updates entirely.
Extract the archive (RAR/ZIP) to a short, Latin-only path like C:\Games\GameName using WinRAR or 7-Zip — and never launch the game from inside the archive, as that is the top cause of launch failures.
Launch the game via Run Me!.bat (or the main .exe file) in the game folder. If nothing happens, right-click it and choose Run as administrator.
