i have the game updated but i cant access the dlc items..?? help??

Whenever i install the game, I can open and start playing. But when I install the update and I open the game and press Enter to continue playing I get an error and the game crash

Guest marco, to start, you need to download a large file 14GB, then separate the update file - 7GB, and install everything according to the instructions.

There is a link for the update with says about 7 GB then big text that says vampyr update 1 codex (14 GB) with a torrent link below it.Which file am I supposed to update with?
