Age of Empires 4 — is the legendary return of the iconic RTS series. After successful remasters of three parts, it was time to release a full-fledged fourth game, and the development was entrusted to the masters of genres the studio Relic Entertainment, known for the cult series Company of Heroes and Warhammer 40000 Dawn of War. This time, the number of civilizations was reduced, against the background of the past parts now there are only eight of them, Russia, Franks, British, Chinese, Mongols, Holy Roman Empire, Delhi Sultanate and Abbasid Dynasty. But at the same time, each of the civilizations turned out to be detailed and truly unique, which will radically affect the gameplay.

Step-by-step setup process for RUNE

Mount the .iso file in a virtual drive — on Windows 10/11 double-clicking the image is enough.

Run the installer from the disc and install the game — the release is already cracked, so no manual file copying is required.

Use the desktop shortcut created by the installer to start the game.

If the game does not launch, copy the contents of the
RUNEfolder on the disc into the installed game folder and try again.

Update v15.4.8719:Caster ModeAdditional civilization-specific information now available in Caster ModeWith this patch, we’re introducing some changes to Caster Mode that account for a variety of civilization-specific technologies and elements. With these changes, Caster Mode will provide a better top-level view of details pertaining to: Guild HallThe Tughluq Dynasty’s Governor System Khan/Jeanne d’Arc Respawn Timer Yatai countsTraders, fishing ships and sheep Additional Design ImprovementsPreviously casters had to toggle between villagers or resource/minute details, making it difficult to quickly ascertain various player advantages. Now these details are available simultaneously and visible underneath the general resource panel.Macedonian Dynasty technologies, such as the “Cavalry Damage†upgrade, now show in Caster Mode. Additional information has been added to the “Overview Statistics†in the Caster Mode view, including Town Center Idle Time, Economy Idle Time, and Total Collected Resources and Destroyed Values.
