Become the leader of one of the greatest civilizations in the world. Bring the glory of Rome in our game Imperium BCE. You would expand the borders of Rome through war. Or you would destabilize and divide kingdoms with spies. In Imperium BCE you can use many different strategies to achieve the inevitable Roman domination. Surrounded by different kingdoms and cultures, you will need to maintain balance and spread your influence slowly so as not to disturb your neighbors. Your spies will have to work in secret, act on your orders, strengthen your culture and religion, weakening enemies. Your diplomats can work to improve relations with other kingdoms or give you a good reason to go to war.

You have to pay for control of a growing empire. Unexpected things happen. There are events that are beyond the control of even the most influential people. Imperium BCE has events that can hold you back or move you forward. Unpredictable rain can ruin a crop. This can lead to food shortages, citizen dissatisfaction, anger at the gods for allowing them to happen, or perhaps anger at you for not doing enough for your people. Will you find a way to calm them down. Will you follow the advice of your priests and perform rituals in honor of your gods for big money to make your citizens happy.
