Description

Swarm Idle is a prestige idle/incremental game where you command an alien queen and her swarm: devour 100 cities, develop eight lineages, optimize your Mutations, and progress even while offline until the whole Earth is ravaged.

Installation Guide

Step-by-step setup process for Pre-installed (Portable)

  1. No installation is needed — the game comes fully pre-installed and ready to play.

  2. Extract the RAR / ZIP archive with WinRAR or 7-Zip into any folder, for example C:\Games\GameName.

  3. Launch the game via Run Me!.bat (or the main .exe file) inside the game folder.

Less clicking, Steam Overlay fixed & more

Hey Swarmers!

A new update is live, with plenty of fixes based on your feedback:
  • Less clicking: hold the mouse button or Space to keep the Queen firing automatically.
  • Steam Overlay fixed: Shift+Tab and Steam screenshots now work in-game (thanks Skyline for the report!). This also lays the groundwork for Steam Achievements, coming soon.
  • Mute in background: a new option in the Sound settings mutes the game when its window isn't focused.
  • Clearer spell timers: active spell cooldowns now show as a compact badge.
  • Faster lore entries: chronicles now appear quicker.
  • Softer map sounds: opening and closing the map is easier on the ears.
  • No more accidental text selection when clicking fast around the UI.
