Dark Moon

Dark Moon tells about the near and gloomy future. This time, things have become very bad for humanity not because of aliens or a nuclear war, but because of the Sun. A storm is raging on the star, which has disabled all the equipment on Earth and provoked unrest there. Things are even worse on the Moon: the sun’s rays destroy any objects on the Earth’s satellite that they manage to reach. In Dark Moon, gamers control a group of astronaut researchers. People need to survive and restore contact with their home planet. In this real-time strategy, you need to hide from dangerous natural light in the dark. Therefore, users have a mobile base. Initially, users get several survivors and a giant Mechaplex lunar rover.

You can build buildings on its roof. Inside the buildings, you can redistribute energy and personnel. Drones are used to extract resources and conduct reconnaissance on the ground. The found minerals are needed to improve the moving station. Players periodically encounter other survivors. They can be taken on board a huge spider-like transport or abandoned to their fate. Each person has valuable skills, but takes up scarce space and requires food. In addition, there is always the possibility of betrayal. The crew can condemn or support the decisions of gamers, as well as positively or negatively treat specific team members. Tension often rises between astronauts. If the passions are too high, a riot will occur. The need to constantly make choices with not always obvious consequences, as well as a variety of events, make this project replayable.
