Full Description
You are very lucky, because you have been elected as the new mayor of this town, which you have to put in its proper form. The entire territory is created here using a procedural generation system. Start with an ordinary piece of empty land with forests, and develop it to the level of a metropolis with a population of hundreds of thousands of people. Ensure that there are enough residential areas for the population to be able to move in. Provide electricity and provide everyone with jobs.
