Territory Animals Genetic Strategy — is an isometric two-dimensional one-time real-time strategy about genes and animal species. Animals behave as in nature, but you can indirectly control and mutate them to achieve different goals. You enter the game with one or more views and can add more views later. You change the genome of a species, and that changes its attributes and behavior. You play cards with an existing ecosystem that produces different food sources. You can expand into new territories. You can invade hostile landscapes.
You can defend your territory. Species are hostile only when they use the same food source and are the same size. You may have different goals, such as target biomass, biodiversity or ecosystem dominance. Species in the ecosystem may become extinct or mutate over time. Species can be herbivorous, omnivorous or carnivorous and can have one of four different sizes. Species live full lives from birth to death, need food to survive. Each species has its own territory, its size and shape can be adjusted. An individual animal can die in battle, starve to death, be killed by a predator, die of disease or die of old age. You evaluate your environment and ecosystem to determine the next steps. Species that respond indirectly to your commands under certain conditions migrate to new territory only when they are not hungry, have certain genes.
