Description

Theos Cities Of Myth is a strategy game about creating your own Greek polis in a world where the Olympian gods continue to directly influence the fate of people. From a small settlement, you must grow into a thriving city capable of leaving a mark on history. To do this, you will need to manage supply issues, develop the economy, monitor the mood of your residents, and simultaneously earn the favor of a powerful patron on whom the future of the entire state depends.

City planning plays a vital role at all stages of development. Industries require resource supplies, warehouses must be conveniently located, and residents expect access to markets, entertainment, and public buildings. Gradually, large districts with theaters, temples, and schools of philosophy emerge from the initial buildings, shaping the city's unique character and defining its strengths.

Once domestic issues are successfully resolved, attention shifts to the outside world. Neighboring states develop in parallel, constantly changing the region's political landscape. Trade agreements can bring wealth, alliances help counter threats, and wars open the way to new territories. Legendary heroes and mythological events play a special role, becoming part of the state's development and offering a fresh perspective on well known myths.
