How to Install

1. The first thing we do is download the game installation files.
2. Unzip the archive to the hard disk.
3. Wait for the unpacking process to finish.
4. Start the game «hoi4.exe».
5. To change the language, run dowser.exe and install Paradox Launcher v2, change it.

How To Play Online:

Download and Install Fix Hearts-of-Iron-IV-Multiplayer-Fix-Online-v1.15.3.exe [ 1.53 MB ].
Install into the game folder.

How to run:

Open Steam, log into any account.
Launch the game via the file \hoi4.exe.

In Game:

Connection:

Network Game → Update Online → Find the game that matches your version and enter.

Server creation:

Network Game → Server → Write the server name, description and tags → Select the scenario, countries and other settings (you can also enable the joint mode here) → Wait for other players to enter and start the game.

Language can be changed in Launcher (dowser.exe), or in c: \ Users \% username% \ Documents \ Paradox Interactive \ Hearts of Iron IV \ settings.txt and pdx_settings.txt)
