Gales of Nayeli is set in the world of Yuwen, a land facing a spreading plague that is turning the forest spirits hostile. In addition to this ecological disruption, pirates and bandits threaten the Solans region with increased aggression. A dark omen hangs over the sands of Nare, a land still marked by the recent extermination of the Naga people. Nayeli, the future chieftain of the Gaowaga tribe, leaves her home on a mission to stop these events, seeking to unite a group of allies to restore order.
