Players must compete with AI opponents for land through auctions, trades, acquisitions, and build residential real estate for the nomadic population arriving in the city to provide the townspeople with infrastructure and industrial facilities to meet their demands. In the end, it turned into a giant company that monopolized the market of the entire city.
