Who's at the door? puts the player in the shoes of a man locked in a house and suffering from psychosis with amnesia. The protagonist, being a psychiatric patient, has no memories of the beginning of his condition, but experiences headaches and hallucinations. The main task is to survive 8 days, for which it is necessary to receive medication from visitors. This requires careful examination of the environment, because the boundary between perception and reality has begun to disappear.
