About The Game

Take personal control of the train in the new game simulator Derail Valley. For the most hungry in train simulators, developers have jumped on their heels and implemented a VR helmet game mode. For owners of this tool will open up new gameplay features, but without it you can take part in the management of railway transport. If you are not yet dedicated to the driver’s work, then in the game at the initial stage you will have to undergo training. After that, you will need to select the appropriate task and start a career behind the wheel of the management team.

Full Description

This is a very exciting adventure, where, in addition to a quiet linear road, there are occasional difficulties that sometimes lead to panic. It is precisely in such moments that you need to show courage and bravery and make a decision in the shortest possible time. Do not look at the surrounding nature, although it is difficult to take your eyes off the mountain landscapes and flowering fields.

The simulator train Derail Valley can be played on behalf of the driver, and the type of the whole composition. In the second case, there is a big advantage in the form of a review, although in the case of the first-person mode, the user gets a more realistic picture. The developers of Altfuture recommend playing in a virtual reality helmet to get the most out of the driver’s experience. The space of the game covers 256 km ² of territory, which includes forests, mountains, lakes and fields. In Derail Valley there are trains with different types of fuel: diesel-electric, steam, passenger and modern all-electric.

3. Wait for the unpacking process to finish.
4. Start the game «Derail.Valley.exe» from game folder.
5. The language changes in the menu.

     Improved performance
     Includes numerous code and asset optimizations
     Reduced RAM and VRAM usage
     Significant CPU optimizations result in up to 33% FPS improvement on some hardware
     Fixed various crashes and memory leaks, since recent builds
     Added control binding and revamped the input system
     Now supports assigning controllers, joysticks, etc, with an included calibration tool
     Train controls can now be mapped in many ways, incremental, analog, combined, etc.
     The game now features a control mapping UI, accessible in Settings/Controls
     Multiple bindings per control are now possible

     VR control remapping is not possible, but can be supplemented with train controllers
     Added support for RailDriver® Desktop Train Cab Controller, out of the box
