University King begins with the story of a young man attending his first psychology class at a large university. A receptionist dreams of a nursing career but faces challenges, and a brash diva demands to be put in her place.

A former good girl is lost in family troubles, and a goth girl is thirsty for revenge each heroine has one or two storylines with moments dependent on the player's actions. The title explores mature themes through explicit scenes, depicting the complexities of passion, power, and their consequences. Gamers freely explore the city, meeting women in situations that require action helping, challenging, or pursuing them. Every decision influences the intertwining stories in this simulator built on real human relationships.
