Command and Control 3 is a strategy where the user is offered indirect control over the Dawn of Freedom organization, which is fighting against terrorists. The project presents two associations with leadership from the United States and the CSTO of Russia. Each faction has its own campaign. The gameplay does not provide for the direct issuance of instructions to the soldiers, it is aimed at building a headquarters. The main focus is on combat: the user can acquire squads of fighters before the start of the battle, place them in cells and send them to the battlefield. Before starting the battle, you need to identify the weaknesses of the opponent.

Command and Control 3 — is an isometric and tactical RTS. In this strategy, you cannot personally give orders to units. Only indirect control of troops is available. You can’t build bases here either. The ability to stamp fighters is also missing. The developers have made the main emphasis in the gameplay on the battles. Players have 7 army slots available. Gamers can buy units for points 80 in total before a duel, insert them into cells and call them to the battlefield. After the destruction of combat units are restored, but not immediately.
