Legend of Mana — the shimmering consciousness turned into a star that flashed in the night and chased away the darkness. The goddess of mana regained consciousness by looking at the light of this sun. She made FaDiel, a great land, but so far empty. In Legend of Mana, the player controls a hero or heroine who travels the land of FaDiel. The game has a land creation system that allows the player to create new locations and story elements by placing mysterious artifacts. These ancient artifacts are repositories of long-forgotten memories of the land and many events that once took place there.
