You need the full game v1.32.2.79 Beta with all DLC, otherwise you will encounter error messages when applying this patch, read them closely before proceeding! 

Changelog:
Fixed brand not being properly selected after going back from configurator in the dealer.
Fixed unit count being reset during patching.
Changing brand in trailer dealer now deselects offer.
Make sure drivers income has not changed (it should change a bit, maybe even improve as now they also use their trucks for calculating of units).
Make sure they use trailers correctly.
Fixed random selection of truck color for AI trucks without trailer
Fixed initialization of trailer weight data on trailer chain change
Fixed possible incorrect display of credits
Fixed doubled license plate on second/triple trailer
Added sideskirts to 53ft truck dealer presets.
Fixed rear collision box for 28ft and 45ft trailers
