Lucky Tower Ultimate combines roguelike mechanics with a unique sense of humor. Gamers move around a dangerous tower, where every item can be used as a weapon. Here, users have to get out of the tower, overcoming various obstacles and enemies. Thanks to procedurally generated levels, each playthrough is different from the other, so no two are the same. The main character, von Vanst, continues his adventures in this part. Comedy and strategic gameplay are mixed here. Users must make quick decisions to survive the dangers of the tower. The title has many traps, enemies, and items that gamers can use to their advantage. Modular storytelling allows for multiple story routes, which increases replayability. Lucky Tower Ultimate also contains elements of dark humor and parody.

According to legend, the famous German monarch Barbarossa did not die, but sleeps in this very cave in order to wake up after some time and again take his throne. All this time his peace is supposedly guarded by a lonely servant. Not everyone would see the basis for a video game in this plot. But Pete thought in an original way he set about trying to make a game about this very servant. Legend he is mentioned in passing, with just one phrase but the developer had enough to seriously become interested in the fate of this character.
